CASALE SANTA MARGHERITA

Casale Santa Margherita is a gorgeous holiday home nestled in the lush greenery and serene countryside of Assisi. It's perfectly situated for a leisurely stroll to the town, so you can explore all it has to offer! The Casale is incredibly spacious, complete with a large swimming pool and every comfort you could imagine. It comfortably accommodates 12 people, making it ideal for holidays with friends and family (even three families with two children each). We're delighted to say that the property is fully accessible to guests with mobility difficulties.

The holiday home is made of typical local stone and is accessed via a driveway protected by an automatic gate that guarantees security and privacy. From the outdoor park, with its private swimming pool, children's playground and relaxation area, you can enjoy the view of the Rocca Maggiore of Assisi, the fortress that dominates the city, and the northern side of the Basilica of San Francesco.

This beautiful holiday home is all yours to enjoy, and the price includes absolutely everything you could possibly need! That means bed, bath and kitchen linen, utilities, WiFi, use of the pool, private parking, and so much more.

Casale Santa Margherita has a lovely big eat-in kitchen with a gorgeous fireplace that you can access via the porch or veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.) and has a dishwasher, which is really handy when there are lots of people around. On the veranda, you'll find a big table where everyone can enjoy a meal al fresco on sunny days, and a barbecue for those delicious barbecues!

The ground floor is home to a spacious, bright living room with a sofa, TV and a lovely pellet fireplace where guests can gather to enjoy some truly special evenings together.

You'll love the five spacious double/twin rooms in the Casale! Each room has its own private bathroom with shower or bathtub and air conditioning. The rooms comfortably accommodate 12 people and can be arranged with double beds and single beds as required, so that each guest has the space they want.
